Richard Joseph Hill (born March 11, 1980) is an American professional baseball pitcher for the Los Angeles Dodgers League Baseball (MLB). He has previously played in Chicago Cubs, Baltimore Orioles, Cleveland Indians, Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim, New York Yankees, Boston Red Sox, and Oakland Athletics. Hill made his debut for MLB in 2005. Hill has earned both the American League and the National Jar Jar from the month honors. Is the only pitcher in the history of the Premier League to have a perfect game broken by a foul in the 9th gear and the only pitcher in the history of the main league to be no beating break in additional periods by walking home walk. I played Hill Baseball College for the Michigan Wolverines. Hill was placed three times in the Baseball League (1999, 2001 and 2002) before signing in 2002.
Hill was born and raised in Milton, Massachusetts, and played for the Milton High School baseball team when he was a freshman. He is one of four to do so in school history. He was coined by Cincinnati Reds in the 36th round of the 1999 Baseball League (MLB) project;
He was considered a great honor but admitted that he was not ready to play professional baseball until he decided to play college baseball for the Michigan Wolverines.
As a student, he played 13 games with five games and 9.23 average earned gain (IRA), but he became a full-time member in rotation as a course, and was 3-5 with 3.84 Ira in 15 games, including one complete game closure.
It was again drafted, in the seventh round of the MLB project in 2001 by Anheim Angels but decided to return to school for his novice season, claiming he was not satisfied with the money provided by the Angels. Hill also formed the Chatham A Club in the Cape Cod League during the summer of 2000 and 2001, where he worked 56 1/3 innings and came out 76. In his small season in Michigan in 2002, he was 3-7 with 3.55 Ira in 15 games, including In it eight full games and two shutters. Hit 104 while walking only 38
